According to the data, I'm giving you some references. Check these points and then decide by yourself .1.As, Parul University is a private college the fee structure is much more higher than the Government colleges of Rajkot like around 5 lakhs.
2.You will definitely find a good infrastructure or campus there as it's a private college where as Government colleges doesn't have.
3. The number of courses offered in Parul University is around 52 whereas in Rajkot colleges it is only 9.

You must produce the Certificate of disability and upload it in the application form of JEE online. Those candidates who do not have a PwD Certificate at the time of the application process will not be considered candidates of the PwD category. They shall be treated as the Open category candidates.
