Category 1 is 6000 to 7000
Category 2 or 3 or 4 is 28000 to 32000
As categories increase your fees also increases so be wary of the same and as your rank is not under this Category and so you are unable to get CSE in Vellore.

You must have a degree in engineering to pursue an engineering degree as a Master of Engineering (ME) or Master of Technology (M.Tech). Both are master's-level courses in engineering, and you cannot apply to these courses without a Bachelor's degree in engineering. For an M.E. Course, you need to have a B.E. , whereas, for an M.Tech course, you need to have a B.Tech. Degree. Also, if you are aiming for a government college, you need to pass an entrance exam such as GATE or PGCET. If you are referring to basic skills, you need to have strong analytical and quantitative skills to pursue a master's-level course in engineering. In Short, B

I do not think you will even get a proper infrastructure at VIT Bhopal, it is still under construction and I went there for Counselling too. Though they try to give you Bhopal and Amrawati saying they will have same faculty. But Infra does matter, a campus which is 70 km away from the Main city. And No Infra, you can imagine you 4year life there.

M.E. Is a more theoretical degree whereas M.Tech is a more practical degree. In M, Tech you will have greater practical knowledge. While M.Tech stands for "Master of Technology, " M.E. Is the abbreviation for "Master of Engineering. "
These two degrees basically differ in the following ways:
1. The emphasis of an ME degree is on advanced theoretical engineering knowledge. The M.Tech, on the other hand, is more concerned with developing a practical understanding of engineering concepts.
2. Compared to an ME degree, an M.Tech course focuses more on the technical side of engineering.
3. Compared to an ME course, M.Tech offers more opportuni

In VIT-Vellore, it is not possible to get CSE or Mech branch but in VIT Chennai definitely, you will get one of these. I should tell you one thing if you are going to VIT then do not take admission in the Vellore campus. The Chennai campus will become far better than the Vellore campus coming near future, in any aspects you think
As study wise, campus wise, teaching wise, and I said in aspects you think. I am speaking with experience.

It is next to impossible to get CSE at this rank in category 2 as chances are there to get it finished before 20k rank in Chennai and Vellore campus. You may get ECE in category 3/4 possibly but again that is depends on day one counselling. If you need more information kindly pm me further. Keep follow and upvote
Best of luck.

OJEE exam is held for two hours. There is no break in between. OJEE question paper for MBA course consists of five sections, I. e. Verbal Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, General Knowledge, Comprehension, and Computer and business fundamentals. Devote the entire last month to practicing mock tests and in revision. Practice mock tests and solve previous year's OJEE question papers to understand the type of questions that will be asked in the OJEE exam. Mock tests at the same time will increase your speed and accuracy. OJE is a time-based exam.
