PESIT (RR campus) (within 1000 rank)
BMSCE (within 1750 rank)
JSSCE (Mysore) (within 2000 rank)
MSRIT (2000-5000 rank)
DSCE (within 7000 rank)
PES University (EC campus) (within 10000 rank)
BIT (within 10000 rank)
RNSIT (5000-13000 rank)
BNMIT (5000-13000 rank)
For admission to any of the branches mentioned above, the rank will be considered first. The top rank holders will get the top branches, which are in demand at that particular college. It's important to note that the availability of seats in each branch and college may vary, and the admission process may have additional criteria such as entrance exams, counseling, and eligibility requirements. Therefore, it's advisable to do your research and consider your personal preferences before making a decision.

See, Firstly you need to Understand that MIT-WPU Now-a state private deemed university. So, the procedure is kinda different from others (As far as Ive Experienced). Firstly, this means that They do not participate into CAP rounds now.
Secondly, to apply you need to go to their website and apply under the option. You would be asked to enter your CET and JEE Mains marks and if JEE and MHT-CET is considered you have to score atleast 90-95 percentile above to get into it, then only you can expect top Branches. After the registration closes,they will release the Merit list. You will then be called as per your merit number serially for seat allotment. so, higher your score, higher are your chances for getting a seat of your desired branch.
