Generally every states conducts a state entrance examination through which it allows students to join into private and government colleges and universities. You can go with these state entrance examination. Or you can also join into private universities by writing the entrance examination of that particular college or university. According to the marks of the entrance exam, you will be given the seat with the concession that has been set for that range of marks.

The cutoff will also depend on your pear performance. As it is new course the cutoff will not be too high but can expect to be 60%
