If we check combined syllabus of BCA and MCA then it is often equivalent to Bachelor degree of engineering. Study is all about syllabus, if you are going to conquer wide range and meaningful syllabus then it will be definitely helpful in career. Usually done after BCA MCA courses are done by students as they are lengthier and more expensive than the M.Sc. IT courses. Also, MCA graduates have an edge over M.Sc. Graduates as the curriculum of MCA includes management modules also.

If you want to join M.Tech in our college, you have to take care of your faculty members related to M.Tech. But I suggest you to give one time atleast exam of GATE so that you can easily go through your knowledge meant either you're elegible for better colleges or not. So I think you have to go through this carrriculum of GATE courses like at some platforms like udemy and at very less cost at GATE wallah organised by Physics wallah.
