In the present market, ECE is not the best course to select. Because the companies which are going to hire the students in college, they are not preferring ECE or EEE students. In my college companies will hire 90% students from CSE and 5% from It 2% from ECE and 2% from EEE and 1% from MECH or CIVIL. This information I personally asked to my seniors who got job in campus placements. So better not to prefer ECE department. And if you are above 30k rank in EAMCET, you will get a seat in any of the college.

There's no such thing as "better" for describing a branch, because every branch has its importance. It is just the matter of your interest based on which you feel a branch is better. I would suggest you to analyse what suits you better and in which of those courses you will perform good. Consider your skills, choose the course for which you've relevant skills. If you are good at coding or if you would like to build your career towards IT field you may take Computer Science, otherwise it'll be of no use if you just take it so that you can get a job early or you can earn more. If you're interested in mechanics i.e., robotics, vehicle man

Probability of qualifying in JEE Advanced doesn't depend on your 10th grades in any way. So stop making such calculations and instead work hard to get enough marks in intermediate, minimum 75% is needed in intermediate in order to go for JEE. After that you need to prepare well and give your JEE Mains exam, after you qualify that you should prepare well for JEE Advanced exam, after qualifying that you're good to go. If you have got good scores then you can study in the best colleges, if not it's okay you can go for colleges which are suitable for your score. So, I recommend you prepare well, take mock tests, solve previous papers and d

If you're from General category, you need at least 85 percentile to be on the safe side, that is 90+ marks overall. If you're from SC/ST category, you don't need to worry much as 60-70 percentile will work well for you to get a seat in any government college.

As the rank is 64k I think it will not result anyone into a good NITs. Talking about new NITs, if the category is general, no chance but if anyone belongs to SC/ST then there is a great chance to get a seat in better NIT's. Just don't go through the tag of NITs/IITs, branch matters first. If anyone is not getting a branch of choice, then don't take any unwanted branch because it will lead anyone to the road of failure. Gather information of some good GFTI's also as they are much better than the new NIT's in terms of every aspect. All the best. Thankyou.

I am afraid your 76 percentile is quite low to get admission in any NIT and especially in CS branch. If one understands the percentile, then it is clear that 24% of almost 13 Lacs students are above you. But then there could be some dynamics in admission process which may enable you to get admission somewhere. No, this is not possible.
