Yes, you can join ISRO without JEE Exam because you need to first have a BE or B.Tech or equivalent qualifying degree. ISRO conducts its written exam first which you can only apply if you meet the academic qualification: Students must have qualified B.E/B.Tech with a minimum of 65 percent. Indian Space Research organisation offers jobs for only specific branches. Some of them are Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc. You need a degree from any good and a reputed college is also sufficient. If you are a newcomer, you will have one year of classroom training as a JET (9 months classroom + 3 months plant training), where you will not be paid but will receive a stipend.
