The best options for you are IIIT and NIT because IIIT and NIT also give good knowledge and package. You should apply for IIIT Prayagraj which provides good package and also have a good infrastructure. You can also go for MNIT prayagraj.

Jorhat Engineering College (JEC), affiliated with Assam Science and Technology University.
It is the second government college in Assam and was ranked among the top 100 engineering colleges in India by Dalal Street Investment Journal in 2010 on the day of its Golden Jubilee.
It undertakes admissions to a four-year BTech program through the Assam Combined Entrance Examination (ACEE), the results of which were released in August.
The Assam CEE 2022 cutoff is the minimum number of marks required for admission to the BTech program, and the college is yet to release the cutoff for BTech admission sessions 2022-23 on its official website.

Bharati Vidyapeeth Common Entrance Test BVP CET is conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune, for admissions to various undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The exam is a gateway to as many as 700 B.Tech seats at the university, and candidates will be offered seats on the basis of the marks obtained in the exam.
