Yes, IIAEIT Pune does offer M.Tech course for two-years. The institute also offers BTech + M.Tech course for the duration of five-years, and divided into ten semesters. The eligibility for admissions into theses courses depends on the scores achieved in SPACE PGCET/ GATE.

Candidates should have a four-year bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories). Industry professionals who are being supported by their respective company must have at least two years of work experience with 50% marks or equivalent grade in graduation. SC/ST candidates need to score at least 45% in BE/B.Tech.

15% seats are reserved for SC candidates, 7.5% are reserved for ST candidates and 3% are reserved for Differently Abled. Over and above this sanctioned intake, there are two seats per programme for J&K migrants. 15% seats are for international students including NRIs
