Yes, the University of Cambridge does extremely well and is strong in STEM fields (Mathematics, Physics and Engineering).
These programs offered are highly rigorous and globally recognised for Indian students.
Look at the Cambridge University subject rankings given below -

Yes, a rank of 1421 in KCET is good enough to get admission in Ramaiah Institute of Technology CS, ISE, and ECE specialisations. The general cutoff is as below for each of the specialisations:
- CSE - Typical cutoff is between 900 - 2,200.
- ISE - Cutoffs generally range from 1,500 - 5,000.
- ECE - The cutoff usually is between 3,000 - 3,500

As per the Shiksha Popularity Rankings, the Engineering courses at Georgia State University are ranked #223 in the USA.
There are 5 courses included under the GSU Engineering which are also ranked. These courses are considered very good offering different great USPs. Look at the courses under Engineering given below -

TNEA has domicile-based eligibility. You are eligible if you or your parents are Tamil Nadu residents, you studied in a TN school for a specified period, or your parents are central/state government employees posted in Tamil Nadu. Children of Central Government Employees are eligible regardless of home state if their parents have worked in TN for the past 5 years.
Pure out-of-state students who don't meet any eligibility conditions cannot participate in TNEA.

BTech CSE branch is one of the most popular branch that recieves a number of placements from top recruiting comapnies. Talking about the overall placements, for the session 2026-2027, the highest package recorded was INR 44 LPA & the highest internship of INR 1.25 Lacs was recorded. Top recruiting companies visiting the campus was Microsoft, Accenture, TCS, LTIMindtree, Cognizant, etc.

Yes, it is worth doing BTech in CSE from NIET Noida. NIET is famous for its Engineering courses, BTech being the flagship course of the institute. B.Tech is offered at the UG level. CSE is the most opted speacialisation in BTech. For BTech courses admissions are based on the score of JEE Mains followed by UPTAC Counselling. For the session 2026-2027, the highest package recorded was INR 44 LPA & the highest internship of INR 1.25 Lacs was recorded. Top recruiting companies visiting the campus was Microsoft, Accenture, TCS, LTIMindtree, Cognizant, etc. Overall it is a good institute for BTech CSE.
