So I think you are to be a UPSE Aspirant, the very first thing you should do it right start is getting ncert books of history geography and polity, for history it should be from class 6th to class 12th, for polity and geography get books from class 6th to 9th
Secondly start to follow daily current affairs
Then make a time table and very precisely follow it, do this as this is basic of starting preparation for UPSE

According to official website information of PES university,the KCET cutoff for CS at PES university,Electronic city campus are as follows:
- Category 2A general(OBC-1A): closing rank(round 4)=3,187?–?4,049
- Category 2B general(OBC-2B): closing rank(round 4)=3,559?–?6,275
