You can get one of the top 10 IITs for 747 marks.
As cutoffs change every year you have a high chance of making to top 10 IITs for 747 marks for CS branch.
You should put
IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IIT Kanpur, IIT Roorkee as your top targets or preference.
Also you can get IIT Kharagpur.

You can get various colleges in various universities after clearing CUET- UG exam for B Tech in your own state Delhi or other states.
As your preference is Delhi then you can get admission to any one of the following univercity
- Delhi Technological University
- Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU)
- University of Delhi (DU)
- Jawaharlal Nehru University
- Jamia Millia Islamia

No, for BCom at Uka Tarsadia there no entrance exam needed. Admission happen only on basis of your Class 12 marks. So students should try get good score in boards and keep marksheet ready when they apply. Early apply better because some seats also go first come first serve.

No, both exams are not easier than the other one. It only depends on the examinee's confidence and command over the English language. Also, it depends on the person's choice of examination. Pearson Test of English or PTE follows a scoring system done by AI, which is unbiased. Also, the test results are given within 48 hours of the examination. IELTS is conducted through human interaction, mainly in the speaking part of the examination. IELTS is the traditional way of testing your English language proficiency. PTE is technologically advanced, with the usage of AI, which is impartial.

This depends on the university you are applying for. If the university has mandated giving IELTS score, then you need to appear for the examination, and give your test score. The minimum IELTS score varies from 5.5 to 7. IELTS is commonly accepted English language proficiency test accepted globally. But universities give you several alternatives to IELTS to study in Dubai. Hence, look for the university that fits you best, and does not require an IELTS score to process your application. Some universities also have their own interview, or assessment to judge your English proficiency.

No, Digital SAT scorecard does not include data of wrong answers. However, applicants who need assistance for cut-to-cut answers to each questions, they can opt for paid SAT score verification.

No such information regarding entrance exam is given about Uka Tarsadia BCom. Only your Class 12 marks matter for selection. So make sure you score well in boards to get better chance to confirm seat. Seats are always limited.
