You can appear for JEE Advanced only if you qualify JEE Mains. You may appear for JEE Mains again, as there is no bar on number of attempts. Work hard and be consistent in studies.

That’s hardly a good rank or percentage. It is difficult for you to get admission without any quota.

The CUSAT CAT result will be available in this month itself in the official website of Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), www.cusat.nic.in. The CUSAT CAT Result 2018 will contain your score/marks in the test and thus according to it, you will be placed in the CUSAT CAT rank List 20

With general rank of 1 lakh in JEE you won't get any college through JOSSA. With 5000 in MMM your chances are slim though you can get some decent private colleges with 15k rank in UPSEE. I would suggest you to explore the best colleges for you and enroll in any of them.
