The GMEC has not yet made any official announcement related to the exam dates for GMCET 2026 exam. However, it is expected to begin in the last week of July 2026. The mode of entrance test is online. Students will get one hour to complete the exam.

The UTET exam is completed in two hours and thirty minutes for both Paper 1 and 2. Each exam paper consists of 150 objective-type questions. One mark will be awarded for correct answer. There is no negative marking for incorrect or unanswered answers.
