First, sketching is most important for designing student for preparation then English (phrase is most important), general ability, and maths. But sketching is the most important.

Now, you can apply for the private colleges because NIFT has already taken their entrance exam.

You should wait for JEE to release the marks but there are various colleges which take admission based on your JEE marks.
