You can collect the original 10th marksheet of the UP Board from your respective school where you appeared for the exam. After the result declaration, the board sends the original marksheets to the schools within a few weeks, and students must collect them from there. Until then, the online marksheet serves as a provisional certificate.

If you face issues, you can contact the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) Board office at 9, Sarojni Naidu Marg, Civil Lines, Prayagraj, or check their official website for support

If you missed entering your Class 12 school address in the CUET UG form: it's likely not a critical issue, and you shouldn't worry too much.

If You entered your board and roll number and/or the batch year correctly.

The school name and address can still be updated during the correction window.

Your board results are valid and correctly recorded.

You are not eligible for NATA with your 12th subjects (Maths, Physics, Geography, English, Urdu) because Chemistry is mandatory along with Maths and Physics. NATA requires candidates to have studied PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) in Class 12 or hold a 10+3 Diploma with Maths as a subject.
