The JEE Main cut-off of Government Engineering College, Bhuj (GEC Bhuj) is different according to the programme and category. In the case of 2024, General Homes State ranking generally varied between 34,000 and 50,000 with Mechanical and Chemical boasting higher thresholds. The All India Quota in 2025 round 1 was between 7,728-31545. The lower the rankings the better the performance. Such cutoffs vary every year and the most accurate information is available in official sources at ACPC Gujarat.

Every course and category is different as the TS EAMCET cut off at ACE Engineering College. In the General category, CSE and all its subset domains (AI&ML, Data Science, IoT, IT, ECE) are the most competitive ones, and the rank closes with 23,000-45,000 points. The Mechanical and Civil can even surpass 90,000 whereas EEE is 50,000-80,000. Cutoff ranks are higher in BC, SC and ST categories. These cut offs vary every year and thus it is very important to use official TS EAMCET counselling releases.

Admission at Laxmi Institute of Technology without JEE Main, as long as you:

  • Have passed 10+2 with at least 45% in PCM (40% for reserved categories),

  • Appeared in GUJCET in the same year,

  • Apply through Gujarat's ACPC counselling—about 50% seats are state quota and 50% institute quota, some filled via GUJCET merit.

Yes, you can potentially get admission to the B.E./B.Tech courses at Government Engineering College, Bhuj without JEE Main, but it depends on the specific admission criteria. While JEE Main is a common, Government Engineering College Bhuj also considers GUJCET scores and merit based on class 12th and GUJCET scores.

Yes, you can definitely get admission to VVP Engineering College's B.E./B.Tech course without writing JEE Main — admission is primarily based on GUJCET plus Class 12 PCM marks, processed through Gujarat's ACPC counselling system. A valid GUJCET score and decent board marks (typically 45%) are good enough .
