First of all I would say that remove all the distrations from your mind while studying. Your main focus should be studying for the exam. Refer books, solve previous papers, deeply study your mistakes you made while solving previous paper, take help from the internet in finding the answers and at last know the topics on which you have a strong hold on (so that you just don't keep practicing those topics again and again).

The minimum qualifying marks required in post basic entrance exam in PGIMER for general category is atleast 50% marks and for SC/ST is 40% marks. Keep in mind every year these marks keep on fluctuating between 5 to 10 percent. Many books and online matrial is available to help you qualify.

Candidates can appear for GRE General Test once every 21 days, up to five times within any continuous rolling 12 months or 365 days period. Other than this, there is no any rule to appear in the Graduate Record Examination.

Yes, some graduate schools have preferences depending on their programs. Universities prefer GMAT scores over GRE scores for business studies. For STEM courses, universities' admission committees accept the Graduate Record Examination.

In short, checking the university website is a smart decision to see the exact eligibility.
