With 90%+ in JEE Main, you have performed better than 90% of all students who appeared for the exam. At this score, you have a good chance of getting into newer or lower-ranked NITs like NIT Raipur, NIT Durgapur, and IIITs like IIIT Allahabad and IIITM Gwalior — which are far better in terms of brand value, placements, and overall reputation than any private college in Nashik. You can also consider good private universities like Vellore University (VIT) and Manipal University, which are nationally recognised and much stronger options.

If you have the same JEE rank and get a seat in a govt. college, always choose govt. over private. This is because government colleges charge much lower fees, have better brand value, and give you a stronger return on investment. In Nashik, there is only 1 government engineering college out of 30+ total colleges, so a government seat is rare and precious.
