No, the admission criteria for Presidency College BCom admissions is not entrance-based. As per official sources, students who wish to enroll into the BCom courses are not required to take any entrance test. Prospective students must fulfill the eligibility requirements and apply for the course on the institute's official website. Very few colleges in India require CUET UG entrance exam scores for accepting admission to their Distance BA courses. CUET UG exam has its own eligibility criteria for appearing.
Students who wish to apply for CUET UG entrance exam must secure at least 50% marks in Class 12 from a recognised board of India.
To qualify in CUET UG entrance exam, students should complete the exam syllabus and know the latest exam pattern along with the marking scheme and other details.

There is no direct entrance exam requirement for admission to Distance BA colleges of India. While most Distance BA universities in India take direct admission based on Class 12 merit, very few universities ask for entrance exam qualifications for accepting admission.
There are very few colleges in India that consider CUET UG or other entrance exam scores for admission to Distance BA program. Students are advised to check the complete admission criteria for their preferred college before applying for admissions.

According to Present Perfect rules, you need to use Has/Have after subject and third form of verb. Here are some more rules
- Use "have" with I, We, You and plural subjects.
- Use "has" with He, She, It and third-person singular subjects.
- Use V3 (past participle) that indicates an action is completed.

Present Perfect Tense is used to describe the incident that happened in past and is still ongoing currently. It uses the auxiliary verbs 'has' or 'have' with Part Participle (V3).
