Yes, once you qualify for PPMET (Punjab Para Medical Entrance Test), you can secure a government seat on the basis of your merit rank. 50% of seats in private colleges are under the government quota and the remaining for management/minority quotas. Your rank in JEE in the OBC NCL category is 29041; you may or may not find admission in a few of the NITs, but more probably in the lower-ranked NITs or in the less favored branches in the NITs since your rank is a bit higher in comparison to the OBC NCL cutoff in top NITs; try and look for specific cut-offs in each of the NITs and each branch to view your possibility.
