As per my knowledge you cannot give niser exam after BSc it is after 12th for integrated B.Sc M.Sc programme but if you want to join the M.Sc programme you can apply through JAM .

The minimum IELTS score needed to be eligible for admission to the institute is 7.0. However, the institute advises students to secure a score equal to or above 7.5.
The institute also accepts the below mentioned test scores:

The SIPA recommends the GRE or GMAT, but it is not a mandatory requirement. GRE/GMAT score is a complementary requirement that students can opt to pursue in case they feel they do not have a strong list of quantitative courses/ work experience as the exam scores strengthen the application.
A score above 320 can significantly improve the chances of admission.

Unfortunately in such case, candidates will have to repeat the year and take the Goa SSC exam next year. They can also join any tuition centres for the supplementary exam preparation. They have to study well and prepare for the exam.
