If you are an OBC-NC candidate and your JEE Mains result was in the 83.07 percentile, you have a strong chance of getting accepted to BIT Sindri. Although the college typically accepts students with lower percentiles for restricted categories, your percentile is greater than the typical limit of roughly 75. You are required to participate in the JCECE counseling process, where admission is decided by your JEE result and the merit list of the authorities. In order to be eligible, you must receive at least 45% on your Class 12 exams.

Whether a score is considered good or bad depends on the university you are applying to. If the university accepts your admission with that score, then it is good.
Honeslty speaking, it is not a good score for GRE. You will have limited course and university options to choose from. The overall GRE score range 260 to 340. You scored only 15 points above the lowest possible score.
