Yes, as per the rules of the 2023 improvement examination, you can take the improvement exam for any one subject. Yes, you are eligible for next year college.
For this year the examination date is 15 July and the registration along with the rules will come in the last week of May

In case you’ve passed your supplementary exam, you can still apply for admission to St. Bede's College for BA. However, the college's admission policy and eligibility criteria will come into play.
