NIFT Kangra BDes cutoff 2025 for the OBC AI category was 4199 in round 1, and later capped at 5089 for the BDes in Fashion Design course. So, students can secure a rank between this range to be eligible for admission.

NIFT Kangra MDes cutoff 2025 was published for admission to various All India and Home State quota categories. For the General AI category, the overall cutoff fell between 181 and 521. For the OBC AI quota, the round 1 cutoff was 481, which later increased to 633 in the last round.
Refer to the table below for the cutoff range for all other categories.

No, 7K rank is not a good rank for NIFT Jodhpur admissions if you belong to the General AI category. This category had the cutoff ranging between 242 and 2636.
However, if you belong to the SC or ST All India quota, a rank of 7000 could get you admission to a few courses. For the SC AI category, admissions closed at a rank of 8791, and for the ST AI quota, admissions were capped at 8801. Students can refer to the table below to know which courses are available based on the last round cutoff rank.

When you have only a few days are left for the exam, do not get tensed. You should focus on the most important topics. Solve as many previous years papers as possible. Take online mock tests to analyze your preparation. Study at least 6-7 hours daily.
