Based on the search results provided, it is highly unlikely that you can secure admission in the top engineering colleges in Hyderabad with a JEE Main rank of 12,428. The search results indicate that the top engineering colleges in Hyderabad, such as IIIT Hyderabad, CBIT Hyderabad, and others, typically accept students with JEE Main ranks ranging from 50,000 to 2,00,000.

A rank of 12,428 is significantly higher than the cutoff for these top colleges. The search results also suggest that with a rank of 800,000 in JEE Main, the chances of getting into a government college are very low. You may have to explore options at pri

With a rank of 800,000 in JEE Mains and 50% marks, the chances of getting into a government college are very low. It is advisable to explore private colleges that accept admissions with such ranks. You are advised to visit JEE Main Rank Predictor 2024: Calculate JEE Rank From Percentile/Score to check for the college that you can get with your rank.

To secure admission in B.Pharmacy through EAMCET, you should aim for a rank between 40,000 to 60,000 based on the colleges accepting this rank range.

Additionally, after completing BIPC (Biology, Physics, Chemistry), you can pursue various computer courses based on Science such as Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or specialised courses like Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Cybersecurity.

It may not be possible to get into the top IIITs with this score. You can go through the college predictor regarding this but 94% is a very good score in 2024. But you can still get into some good IIITs with this score like, IIIT Pune, IIIT Bhubaneswar, IIIT Lucknow, IIIT Sonepat, IIIT Ranchi, and IIIT Kottayam.

With a rank of 5.5 lakh in JEE Mains, securing a seat in the Computer Science Engineering (CSE) branch at top-tier institutions might be challenging, and actually there are very less number of colleges for B.Tech CSE with 5.5 lakh rank in JEE Mains, like NIT Jalandhar, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Goa, IIT Manipur, IIT Kalyani, etc. You can find some colleges with this rank.

A TOEFL score of 85 is generally considered good and might meet the requirements of many universities. As per FH Kufstein Tirol score of 85 is nearly the best according to the management. Apart from the scores,  you must have some general qualifications. You must have the necessary academic qualifications for the programme you are applying to. Non-EU/EEA students may need to apply for Visa and have appropriate insurance.
