Yes, entrance tests are accepted for selection in Babu Banarasi Das University. The selection for admission in preferred programme is based on the merit and the candidate's performance in the given entrance exams:
- NEET MDS - MDS
- CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT - MBA
- JEE Main - BTech
- CLAT - Law courses
- GATE - MTech

DY Patil Navi Mumbai considers JEE Main, MHT CET or SAT scores for admission in BTech course. Hence, JEE Main is not compulsory. Aspirants without any of these scores, can appear for entrance test conducted by DY Patil Navi Mumbai for admission in BTech.

MIT WPU, Pune accepts its own university-level entrance exam called MIT WPU CET. alongside national and state-level exams. The college also accepts other entrance exams such as:
- Engineering: JEE Main, MHT-CET, or PERA CET, GATE for MTech
- Management (MBA): CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, NMAT, GMAT, or MAH-CET.
- Law: CLAT or MH CET Law.
- Design (B.Des): UCEED, NIFT, NID, or NATA.

Yes, DY Patil Navi Mumbai conducts DYPRAIT-ET for BTech and Integrated MBA-Tech. The deemed-to-be university also conducts DYPU Post Graduate Entrance Examination for M.Tech and an entrance test for PhD programme. It also accepts scores in JEE Main, GATE, MHT CET, MAH CET, etc.
