The maximum marks allotted in CBSE 12th exam are 500. Each subject carries 100 marks. Students can also take sixth subject, the final percentage is calculated using the best five subjects. 80/70 marks are allotted for Theory paper and 20/30 marks for internal assessment/practicals.

The total marks of a subject is 100. Odisha BSE Question paper has 50 MCQs, and 5 subjective type questions carrying 10 marks. For English language paper, there will be essay writing, translation to mother tongue and letter writing.

You are advised to practice sample papers for Odisha BSE exam. But you should not rely solely on the sample question papers. You have to learn the text books thoroughly.

The COMEDK 2026 syllabus is largely the same as the JEE Mains syllabus. Both the exam topics are out of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. However, candidates must refer to the official COMEDK UGET syllabus to prepare for the exam.
