IBSAT exam 2026 will be held on online proctored mode. Candidates appearing for the IBSAT exam must check the important instructions pertaining to IBSAT exam mentioned below:
- Students must login 10 minutes prior to the commencement time. Candidates will not be able to login for IBSAT exam 10 minutes after the commencement of exam.
- Candidates must sit for the entire duration of exam. No bio breaks will be allowed during the exam.
- Username and password for the mock examination and final exam will be sent on registered email ID
- Do not wear mask or cover face with anything during the verification process.

IBSAT mock test has commenced. To appear for IBSAT mock test candidates must:
- Visit official website of ICFAI
- Click on tab 'national mock test'
- Screen will now display official rule, eligibility criteria, registration and judging prices details
- Click on tab 'Take National Mock Test'
- Screen will display the registration page, enter details to create an account
- Click on tab 'create my account'
- Enter login details created
- Appear for IBSAT 2025 National Mock Test.

Candidates who do not belong to West Bengal will have to choose their three preferred WBJEE exam zones from the available options - Howrah (Salkia/ Bally/ Uttarpara), Kolkata Salt Lake/ New Town (Salt Lake/ Lake Town/ New Town/ Rajar Hat, South Kolkata (Ballygaunge/ Into Park/ Bhowanipore/ Tollygaunge/ Jadavpur), West Kolkata (Joka/ Behala/ Alipore/ Chetla/ Khidirpore/ Budge), Paschim Burdwan (Asansol) and Paschim Burdwan (Durgapur). More details about the WBJEE exam centres will be released online by the authorities.

On allotment of a seat and payment of the seat acceptance fee, candidates have to upload the required documents on the official website. Candidates are required to exercise one of the following willingness when they report to the RC: Floating: If they wish to be considered in the next round for all of their higher preferred choices. Sliding: If they wish to be considered in the next round for their higher preferred choices only within the institute allotted to them. Yes, students can appear for IBSAT exam and mock test through mobile. However, for better exam day experience student must take IBSAT online exam through laptop/desktop.
- Put phone on 'do not disturb' mode while giving the test to avoid any incoming call during the exam.
- Do not take any call
- Have an additional mobile phone to contact helpdesk for any kind of help.

After declining/rejecting the offer (s) in a particular round, you will not be considered for the same offer (s). In case, you have given higher preferences in M.Tech. Application, then you may be considered for the higher preferences in the subsequent round (s) of offers based on the availability of vacancies and merit list, within the rules of that institute. Also, after the last/final round at COAP no offers will be available at COAP. For any offer/admission related matter, candidates must visit the respective Academic Institutes Admission Portal.
