Candidates should allow their guardians or companions to keep their personal belongings. If they do not have anyone to accompany them who can take care of their belongings, then they may request  Assam CEE centre authorities to deposit personal belongings for test duration. However, authorities will not be responsible for any loss of belongings. 

For 2023, cut off was 3962 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering in IIT Gandhinagar. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 6058 was the closing rank. B.Tech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant. Authorities will not be responsible for any candidate's travel and accommodation if Assam CEE centre is not located in their city. You have a very good rank in JEE Mains. You can easily get NIT or IIITs all over the India like NIT Srinagar, NIT Nagaland, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya Haridwar, etc. In CE, ME, Chemical engineering, EEE ( if you are of General category) in round 2. No, you will not be able to get admission in KIET Ghaziabad in CSE Branch with a JEE Mains rank of 2.5 lakhs. The closing rank for CSE in KIET Ghaziabad in 2022 was 1.5 Lacs for the general category.
