Candidates must check the NTA CSIR NET eligibility criteria before filling the application form. If aspirants' qualification & age limit does not meet the required eligibility criteria, then there may have some chance of form cancellation. The JEE Main All India ranks below 100000 and 130000 are very good enough for getting admission here in Computer Engineering and Information Technology respectively in asked category for Delhi region candidates. So you have to score above 90 percentile in JEE Main.
