You just have to write your basic details carefully in form first, then you will upload your recent photo and other required documents. After that, you have to pay WBJEEB exam fee online. Make sure you finish all this properly before the last date, otherwise the form will not be accepted. 

The PUBDET fee is around INR 500 per subject. If you apply for two subjects, you need to pay for both separately.
