Having a JEE Main rank of 1,364,291 and in the SC category, the possibility of getting into a top-tier government engineering college (such as an NIT, or IIIT) is extremely low, since the SC cutoffs typically close much earlier (in the first 3-4 lakh).
However, you could potentially find options in:
- State-level government engineering colleges through your state's counseling.
- Some lower-ranked GFTIs, should they have empty seats reserved for SC.
- Private colleges offering reservation or scholarships.
Make sure you check your state counselling portals and apply to as many colleges as you can.

Your JEE score (103 marks) and percentile (89) should not be confused, and here is why:
- Percentile is not a percentage, it is relative ranking.
- It simply shows you the percentage of students below you, not how many marks you actually received.
- Thus, despite having 103 marks; your percentile depends on the difficulty of the paper and therefore the scores of other students.
In conclusion: Percentile is rank-based, not marks-based - and so, it is possible to attain 103 marks and 89 percentile if the exam was relatively easier, or the competition was higher.

After the results of CUCET, look for the official websites of the respective universities that are accepting the CUET PG Chemistry scores and see their cutoffs and admission notification.
Then register on their admission portal, fill in the application form, upload the required documents, and pay the fees. Most importantly, with 34 marks from the EWS, you can apply to central and state universities at the lower end of the cutoff.
