If the window has closed, wait for the late application or re-opening announcements, which some states offer. The HSC Sociology exam blueprint under the Maharashtra board typically divides marks across sections like social institutions, cultural processes, social change, and current social issues. Questions are usually structured as short answers, long answers, and application-based questions. Each paper is for eighty marks, with an internal assessment of twenty marks. The weightage of each chapter is mentioned in the official blueprint released by the Maharashtra State Board before the exams, so referring to the official HSC website or your school's academic circular is recommended.
