Candidates do not require passing an entrance exam for admission to Panache Academy Vadodara courses. The academy shortlists aspirants based on their qualifying exam scores. The basic qualification required for UG and Diploma programmes is Class 12. Aspirants who have passed Class 12 or graduation can apply for any of the offered certificate courses.

In the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) who have applied in the NDA, the age relaxation is considerable. On the whole, the age bar of NDA may be between 16.519.5 years but in case of ST the age may be relaxed by 5 years i.e., the upper age may come to 24.5 years. This gives more time to the ST candidates to make preparations and seek admission to National Defence Academy.
