MAT exams are conducted four times a year February, May, September and December. You can apply for MAT every times if you want to improve your previous percentile scored in MAT. There is no restrictions in appearing for MAT. But some colleges will take candidates appeared in September and December M

If you are planning to apply for a Bachelor's degree, then for university admissions they consider +2 percentage. Since you are graduate, you might be asked Bachelor's or Master's GPA for further studies. For PG Diploma courses, you need a minimum 5.5 GPA in 10+2.
