Not sure. Bachelor of Design(B.Des) is an undergraduate degree focusing on fashion design that prepares students for advanced study in fashion design. B.Des is four year program. B.Sc fashion is three year program focuses on integral elements of the subject ranging from fabric analysis, understanding principles of design, fashion illustration, pattern-making and garment construction it is also advanced study in fashion design. So from above if wants to make career in Fashion design than B.Des. is most preferable degree and provides good placement opportunities. If you are asking about the JRVGTI, Pune then this college offers the following fashion design courses.
1. Certificate course of one year duration
Eligibility criteria : 10th class
2. Advanced course of one year duration
Eligibility criteria: Graduation (any Stream)
So from above, JRVGTI does not offer degree course in fashion design.
