NIFT doesn't have a specific Master's degree in textile design. Masters is a researched based degree and select programs, where you can work with textiles. It is best to reach out to the faculty and see, if any of them are involved in textiles or worked in that field.

CAT is the most important part of the question paper. Start sketching and develop your own style of sketching and coloring. I cannot stress this enough. Good drawing skills are very important. How you present/draw your ideas is just as important as the idea itself. Keep reading the newspaper (especially around November-December) It will help you in GK part of GAT and help you generate better ideas. Most questions in CAT are related to current scenarios. . Hi Niveditha,
The tuition fee is Rs. 2,00,000 lakh per year.Loans are available if needed, Lot of banks just need to look which is convenient for people.

Life is a short course. Means, there is only one year Diploma course in fashion designing where you'll learn only basics of fashion designing that includes stitching only.

SRM doesn't has fashion design course but if it is starting in 2019, then it would be new course and SRM is the best college.
