Once you have completed your course for jewellery designing, there will be ample of opportunities in both the private and public sectors both. There are government departments such as Museums, Antique Houses, Mines and many more. The government also runs test through UPSC SSC PSC, etc. Apart from the public sector there are ample of opportunities in the private sector of a jewellery designer. You can choose either of the below mentioned places:
Gem Retailing
Research and Development Organizations
Educational Institutions
Garments and Design Firms
Material Purchase

On the basis of placement and studies out of these three, I would recommend INIFD. Rest 2 are not even average colleges.

Government colleges are yet to introduce fashion designing in their list of courses. Only NID is there, fee details of which you can find on this link https://www.nid.edu/admissions/fees.html.

If you wish to pursue fashion designing, you should know that it is an expensive course, no matter which college you choose. For psychology, you can opt for Delhi University but the admission will be based on merit. Else, you can opt for colleges mentioned on this link https://www.shiksha.com/humanities-social-sciences/psychology/colleges/b-a-colleges-delhi-ncr.
