If you can manage your time then yes, you can do Diploma in fashion designing because as per the UGC rule you cannot do two graduation courses at the same time but as it's a Diploma course so it can also have its classes in the afternoon.

You need to have a First Class Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology/Medicine or equivalent.
