One of my friend is doing B. Sc. (Design- Fashion) from Lovely Professional University though he was a commerce student. I have seen his growth in academic as well as , as a human being, LPU provides a platform for the student to enhance their skills in sports, co-curricular, cultural activities, practical exposure, etc.
He wrote an entrance exam for Eligibility and Scholarship and on the basis of this test he got scholarship for his degree(3 years). His fees was Rs. 24500 per semester. He told me about the a student organizations of which he was a member. His team conducted a fundraising event so that they can provide useful things to a school and an old age home. Their team also took orphans to a science city tour . they had organised many free health check-up camp in villages.
