Hi Ananya,
Yes, fashion design schools are open to international students abroad. Since there are so many colleges abroad you have to check out which college and in which country you want to study in. Read the eligibility criteria properly and apply accordingly.

You only have the option to re-appear next year if you don't appear for the entrance exam in April, which will be around the same time of the year.

Whenever you pursue two courses together, there is always a chance of losing out on one of the courses or may be both. It is, of course, difficult to manage two courses with intensive study material like BBA and fashion design. I would recommend you to rather go for any one course and dedicate your

Different colleges have different charges. Go and check their official websites. But according to me this course charges 70k+ per year.

Yes, there should be some option try to contact NIFT office they will help. Where did you come to know about marks?
