Art of drawing is not what fashion communication is all about. You don't have to worry about your drawing skills to pursue this course. But yes, the art of communicating and marketing a fashion brand is very essential. You have to possess great communication skills in order to be successful fashion communication professional.

Both are different fields.
First, you have to think in which field you are more passionate. If you like accounts and do more study in particular subject then choose CA. And if you are more creative then go with fashion designing. Think a lot then decide.
