Diploma is 1 year course and bsc is 3 year complete graduation course with fashion degree.

Supriya, There are many careers for the creative/ artistic people. Interiors as well as Web Design rely on the same skills - your layout skills and color sense. A little higher perches Graphic Design, Fashion Design and Fine Arts which rely on one of your artistic skills - sketching and imagination.

After completing diploma in fashion design (3 years), it would be advisable to opt for lateral entry B.Sc course.
To be eligible for B.Sc fashion design (lateral entry) :
You need to pass Diploma Fashion (3 years after 10th) or (1/2 years after 12th) equivalent with 50% aggregate marks.

You could surely pursue something that interests you. After Multimedia graduation, usually one must opt for PG in specialized domains.
NID, NIFT, IIT , CEPT offers many Post Graduate courses in various area. Many courses of these prestigious institutes can be joined by even B.A., B.Com.,

Please remember the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.

Managing B.Tech and fashion design course together will be strenuous task as both streams are different and demand proper time. So, opt for both ONLY if you feel that you can manage.
Secondly, two regular courses can't be pursued, one should be regular and the other should be distance / short
