Yes. After result announcement, a merit list will be released by NBE. A separate merit list will be released for each speciality. The merit shall be generated strictly on the basis of marks obtained by the student and application of the prescribed tie breaking criteria. A merit based counselling will be held for FET seat allotment.

Yes, the Fellowship Entrance Test (FET) 2024 test design has been made public by the National Board of Examinations (NBE). The FET 2024 will be administered using a computerised system will be divided into Part A and Part B. enquiries about the eligible feeder broad speciality will be in Part A, and enquiries about the fellowship course that was applied for will be in Part B. There will be multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in both sections. There won't be any negative grading. Examination details: The exam will take place in English and last for 105 minutes. No, FET 2024 admit card will be issued to only those candidates who complete the application forms and submit the application fee.

No, you will not be issued the admit card for FET exam. Your application form will be rejected due to improper photograph.

No, you will not be allowed to switch between sections in FET exam. Only after you complete the first section will you be able to proceed to the next. A total of 100 multiple choice questions are asked in FET exam and candidates get 105 minutes to answer them. The exam is held in computer-based mode at designated test centres across the country.

Yes, the answers marked for review will be considered and shall be marked in accordance with the marking scheme. Candidates get marks if the question in review was right or wrong. In this particular case, candidates will get full marks. Candidates are advised to read exam pattern and official brochure carefully to get clarity about such things.

Yes. There is a provision of negative marking in FET exam. According to the exam pattern released in the brochure, -1 mark will be deducted for every wrong response. Candidates will get 4 marks for every right response. Due to negative marking, candidates are advised to answer only those questions where they feel confident about right answer.

According to existing FET exam pattern, the total number of questions asked in the exam is 100. NBE, the exam conducting body releases exam pattern along with the official brochure which contains crucial details including mode, medium, total number of questions and its type, marking scheme etc. Candidates get 105 minutes to answer 100 multiple choice questions.

No. FET 2024 result will not valid for next year. It is valid for that particular session only. NBE, the exam conducting body will announce result for FET 2024 online. The result will be uploaded separately for each speciality. Candidates who will score the minimum cut off will be declared qualified for the exam.
