FET exam pattern is released by the National Board of Examinations, the exam conducting body. FET will be conducted online. The question paper for each Fellowship course will be different. However, the question paper for the clubbed courses will be the same. Part-A of the question paper for any fellowship course/clubbed group shall comprise of MCQs from the eligible feeder broad/ super specialty course. FET question paper will have 100 questions. These will be divided into two sections, Part A and Part B. For every correct response, candidates will be awarded four marks. For every incorrect response, one mark shall be deducted. No mark

FET is the qualifying exam while FNB is the course offered through the exam FET. NBE conducts the Fellowship Entrance Test which is commonly called the FET. The entrance exam is conducted for providing admission to the 2-year post-doctoral FNB courses. It is the qualifying-cum-ranking examination and is the only entrance test for admission to Fellow of National Board (FNB) Courses, Fellow of National Board – Post Doctoral (FNB-PD), and the Fellowship Programme for International Students (FPIS). FET is conducted annually in computer-based mode. Admission to the FNB courses will be on the basis of the FET merit list only.

The Fellowship Entrance Test, or FET for short, is a qualifying/ranking test for entrance to a number of fellowship programs administered by the NBE. The FET is an entrance exam for admission to a post-doctoral FNB programme or course, and it is administered by the National Board of Examinations (NBE). No, NBE will not send the admit card through the post. However, you can download the admit card again by following the same process as before.

NBE released FET 2023 admit card on February 27, 2024. Candidates will have to download the admit card from the official website of NBE, nbe.edu.in.

No. Candidates can't appear FET exam in Hindi medium. English will be the only choice for candidates. Check highlights of FET exam in the table given below:

According to existing FET exam pattern, the total number of questions asked in the exam is 100. NBE, the exam conducting body releases exam pattern along with the official brochure which contains crucial details including mode, medium, total number of questions and its type, marking scheme etc. Candidates get 105 minutes to answer 100 multiple choice questions.

FET registration 2024 can be done on the official website. Candidates have to follow steps given below for FET registration:
- Go to the official website, nbe.edu.in
- Select 'FET' Click on 'New Registration'
- Complete the FET registration form
- Enter the following details, applicant's name, date of birth, gender, nationality
- Enter a valid email ID and mobile number
- Submit the FET 2024 registration form
