Below are the MS in Computer Science course at the University of Michigan:

1. Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution with a preparation in algebra to succeed in epidemiology and biostatistics

1. ‘Minimum overall undergraduate grade point average 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

2. Applicants must submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended 

3. Three LORs are a must if you are applying for an MPH program.

4. Statement of Purpose should be typewritten document of 500 words or less that includes:

• What is your concentration of interest (health education or health administration) and how would completion of the MPH programme allow you to live your purpose?

• Describe how your coursework, work/volunteer, and life experiences have prepared you to be successful in the MPH program. In your answer please also include experiences that have helped you better understand, address, and/or advocate for diversity, inclusion, and equity issues.

• Describe your experiences with facing and overcoming adversity.

• Describe how your characteristics and goals are congruent with the Program’s mission and values (see below)

• Describe how your personal or academic background and experiences will bring a unique perspective to the programme and positively contribute to the Public Health community.

• Any special circumstances applicable to your application.

6. Applicants must submit the below English requirements:

1.  Official transcripts from all the college's applicant has attended 

2. Applicants must submit three LORs that have to speak about their past experience and performance for a successful completion of the MPH program.

3. A SOP must be submitted to SOPHAS and they must be typewritten of 500 words or less and include as follows:
