No, a PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) student cannot apply for admission to the B.Tech in Food Engineering and Technology in the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai. ICT needs the candidates to have Math as well as Physics and Chemistry in Class 12, as per eligibility requirements.

They take admission according to merit by means of the Kerala Engineering, Architecture, and Medical (KEAM) exam, which is conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala.
