Hi,The fee structure isn't available in the website. However, as per the notice of last year, students had to pay Rs. 100, as their enrollment fee. Kindly go through link which talks about the same: http://www.ramjas.du.ac.in/pdf/SFIL-notice_for_enrolment_fee.pdf
As per the schedule for classes, they probably occur twice or thrice a week-the information of which is not available in the college website. You'd be told about all this as soon as the classes begin.

Learning any third language works as an add-on advantage. You can learn French and then apply to companies abroad.

N, there is no such course available where they teach alternative language with Bachelor of Hotel Management course.

Eligibility:
Candidates who have pursued Certificate are eligible for this course. Prior knowledge of spoken and written French can also be considered after validation through test.
The minimum qualifying marks may vary from one institute to another and need to be checked before submitting the admission forms to avoid end moment rejections.
Admission Procedure:
Admission criteria varies widely and interested candidates need to select the suitable institute and then need to inquire about the admission process from their offices. Admissions can be direct or through entrance test to validate the knowledge of candidates.

If you are aspiring to be a pilot, then it will not be of any major use, because you will be flying in an environment where English will be majorly used for almost all the communication. Radio Telephony and ATC communications will require usually English and you may also communicate in French, but only when you fly in French airspace. Now, if you are aspiring to be a cabin crew, then French will be helpful, because cabin crew directly interact with the passengers and many passengers who are of French origin would not know English.
