Admission is based on marks obtained in certificate exam. Candidates who have given the certificate exam one year prior admission or from any other institution would have to take the university Department entrance test and the admission would be based on the marks obtained in the entrance test.

This depends on your business requirement, your clientele mainly. Depends on which country you plan to work and study. If you plan to settle in Europe you can consider German because it's more spoken there. But French language has its own charm. So there is no real answer to your question. You may learn both or choose as per plans.

Both the courses that you are mentioning are good and have good potential for job. I would recommend you to know her likes or fascination is for which subject and then proceed accordingly. You can check best colleges for either subject in your state by logging in to "Shiksha.com".

If only you had provided the college or university about which you were talking, better information could have been given. Be that as it may, let me state that in normal college or university session starts from Jul. On the other hand, there are invariably two sessions in open university or in distance learning process.
